Allison Tom-Yunger, LCSW, MSEd

Allison Tom-Yunger is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Early Childhood Educator with 20 years of experience working in the home, clinic, classroom, and group settings. She holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a master’s in education from Bank Street College of Education in Early Childhood General & Special Education.

Allison specializes in working with children and families experiencing stress, adjustment issues, anxiety, loss/trauma, relationship conflict, and challenges in social settings. She has extensive experience supporting children with developmental variations, in particular children presenting with challenges in social communication, attentional difficulties, and behavioral differences.

Through Allison’s work in schools, mental health clinics, and non-profit organizations she has gained a deep understanding of the systems in which families are involved and how to navigate them. Allison’s educational and professional experiences have shaped her passion for promoting emotionally responsive and culturally informed clinical practice.

Jana Redzovic

Jana Redzovic, LMSW

Jana Redzovic is a Licensed Master Social Worker and graduate of New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. She works with children, adolescents, and families navigating emotional, behavioral, family, and school-related challenges.

Using a warm, collaborative approach, Jana draws from CBT, DBT, play-based interventions, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based practices. She also partners with caregivers when appropriate to strengthen communication and support each child’s growth.

Jana’s goal is to support children, adolescents, and their families through life's challenges with warmth and compassion. Whether navigating difficult emotions, adjusting to major life changes, or building healthier coping strategies, her goal is to help each client develop resilience, confidence, and the tools needed to thrive both now and in the future.

Annlady Jorge

Annlady Jorge, LMSW

Annlady Jorge is a Licensed Master Social Worker providing child and family therapy in English and Spanish. She obtained her degree from Hunter College’s Silberman School of Social Work and a Master’s of Education in Early Intervention & Family Development from Bank Street College.

Annlady works with children and families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges, experiencing anxiety, life or family transitions, and school-related stress. Annlady’s approach is strengths-based and collaborative, rooted in developmental theory, and informed by psychodynamic and relational approaches.

Annlady will work with you to understand your child’s inner world and support their emotional development. Her goal is to create a safe and warm space where children can express themselves freely, parents can feel empowered and connected, and families can thrive.
