Our Services
-
We provide individualized therapy for children and adolescents, tailoring each session to your child’s unique needs, age, and stage of development. Our therapists draw from evidence-based approaches including play-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more (see “Therapeutic Approaches”).
Through therapy, children and teens can build coping and problem-solving skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
